A friend said, MMORPG gamers are the biggest complainers. I told him hes right, but the complaining has validity to it. So he asked...ok, what do you want in an MMORPG thats not out there...here was my replay.
"I want a game that works as a community to advance in an interesting world, created by developers, that give you customazation options that can make you unique from the rest of the people in the world."
So to disect a bit...
Community focus - this means grouping to tackle challenges is not just an after thought...and crafting that requires a big community behind it.
Interesting world - Developers need to go back to focusing on creating awesome worlds to explore in
Uniqueness - I want my character to be truly mine, i want tools implemented to give me options to create this character including weapon choices, magic choices, crafting choices, story choices, crafting choices, etc.
Developers, whats so hard about this?
Lets hear your answer in 1 sentence , what do you want in an MMORPG?

Never violate a woman, nor harm a child. Do not lie, cheat or steal. These things are for lesser men. Protect the weak against the evil strong. And never allow thoughts of gain to lead you into the pursuit of evil. Never back away from an enemy. Either fight or surrender. It is not enough to say I will not be evil. Evil must be fought wherever it is found. The Iron Code"
Sandbox means open world, non-linear gaming PERIOD!
Subscription Gaming, especially MMO gaming is a Cash grab bigger then the most P2W cash shop!
Bring Back Exploration and lengthy progression times. RPG's have always been about the Journey not the destination!!!
