combat

I've seen many people griping about poor combat. While I do not know how they meant it I will say I like how they incorporated the traditonal hotbar with an ation oreinted style gameplay. Some action style games remove the point and click combat from game and use only the mouse which in my opinion takes away from the game. I like the fact that I can use the mouse and/or hotbar instead of having to rely on just one. Having both optons available add not subtrat from the game. From the videos I've seen combat looks better then what people are giving credit for. I have not been able to see whether or not you can move and perform an action at the same time. I know in runes of magic you can jump and hit at the same time while you cannot jump off a cliff and perform an action. I'd like to see how they incorporated the action style gameplay as the majority of action style games available today miss the mark  by giving you little to no room in combat for actions such as jump(not roll) . I like the idea of being able to freely move and still be engaged in combat at the same time.

That's a good point you made there so basically  it would be nice to have some originality from the gameplay compared to other traditional games that have the same gameplay actions.

But all in all i will still play the game :D

I like freedom of movement, but I like every move to have a meaning too. I like the system used in most action games where jumping + an action combines to be an alternate action, a jump attack, an attack which feints into a dodge, something meaningful. I would hate for it to be some sort of leaping lepricon silliness while I'm fighting...

Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes.
That way, if they get angry, they'll be a mile away... and barefoot.
