still many left so go grab one if you wanna try out the beta :)

    Is this to redeem and play now or for the next beta event?

     

    I've loaded my key but all I see is:

    Jeez read first from were you claimed your key:

     

    "Keep an eye out on your inbox for your invite email with instructions on how to download or update the beta client. Please note this email will be sent out from March 20th on, so if it doesn’t appear immediately don’t panic."

    I'm getting an error when I try to apply the code at the Trion site. It says "An error has occured, please try again later." I know I have to wait for an email to actually get inot the beta, but their site won't even acknowledge my code at all, so I probably won't get the email.

    I was JUST thinking the SAME THING!...lol

    Sad tho, that these stupid little glitches happen when ppl get "excited" about theses things. I, FOR ONE, am ANXIOUS to get into the BETA to see if it's going to be worth the $100 I'll pay for the game...lol

    I've gotten a respond from "support" on the matter, and I'm awaiting a reply to see if the codes generated are able to be activated or not , manually, on their end.

    The GM suggested on trying to clear the brower history, and/or using another brower, but neither has worked for me; BUT, this may work for others. Waiting to see if they can enter it manually for me, on their end.

    I tried another key from a different site, but had the same result.  So I don't think it's just this site that's having trouble.

    They got a totally awesome support, I got a reply, in 2.5 hrs. I had to give them my code and prefered beta platform.

    "I do apologize for any issues you are experiencing while trying to redeem your Beta Event Code, but I am more than happy to inform you that I have granted your account Beta Event access."

    So..earlier today I got a reply from the GM, and recived this...

     

    "Hello Xxxxx,

    Thank you for contacting us regarding Defiance.

    Good news! We were able to grant your account access to the beta events! You will not need to enter the code you received.

    If you have any additional questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to let us know. Thank you for your continued support of Trion Worlds and for playing Defiance.

    Your reference number for this ticket is XXXXXX-XXXXXX.

    Sincerely,

    GM Xxxxxx
    Trion Worlds Inc."

     

    THAT was a pleasant surprise to find this...:)

     

    So, basically, if you are NOT able to get the beta keys activated, this may be the way to go and get support on the line.

    Problem must have been fixed as my code worked today. I just need to wait for an e-mail saying were to download the beta client now i reckon.
