Scientists have connected the brains of a pair of animals and allowed them to share sensory information in a major step towards what the researchers call the world's first "organic computer".

Actually the opposite would be more true.
If this technology ever gets that far - they'll know your job but it doesn't mean they'll do it without being rewarded and they'll know how much you are getting rewarded so you can't under pay them for their contribution to your work. Infact, there's a chance that you'll view yourself from their perspective which will prevent you from exploiting them or feel adverse effects on your psyche.
Of course it's a british paper, so it's probably a bunch of bullshit.
