There does seem to be quite a bit more W/Mo than any other combos. But who I'm I to talk...I am also playing a W/Mo. What I am planning is to pound through the entire map to get a feel for each area and then go back a play my other characters, E/N & R/Me. I am also collecting the good weapons so my other characters will be well armed when they make it to Post.
latly (and its pissin me fof) there has been a lot of smithing groups with war as freaken killer with smithes moves like zealots fire and bazaeer aura n struff
i also think there are too many w/mo, but i think warriors need 2 have skills 2 heal themselves overtime that's why they pick monk as secondary proffesion

Healing for a warrior is good when going off by yourself since warriors get more hit points and better armor than the other characters. I think an E/Mo or Me/Mo would rely more on the healing of a monk than other character combos.
I have just started a new character so I am going back through all the missions from pre-sear on through the game again. I have unlocked all the normal skills for Ranger/Mesmer/Elementalist, so I need to create a character to unlock two of the other three. I could not bring myself to create a WaMo, so I chose a Warrior Necro instead. I have noticed a vast amount of wamo's standing around certain mission zones having to spam LFG/LFM. I think people are now reluctant to invite them into groups because of the inherent Leroy Jenkins / Kiiiilllllrrrrooooooyyyy bug that seems to infect the build. I do not really like the warrior build to begin with (not my style so much) but the necro side seems like a lot of fun. Plus with all the life stealing and regens I dont see why necro secondaries aren't seen more often (Mark of Pain is fun baddie crowd control). Anyways, fight the power, give your warrior a different secondary.

You should have seen W/Mo before elite skills were put in.
You could always go W/Earth Elem. Cast Obsidian Armor, Earth Armor, and use a shield. Nothing except mass nukings or a smart mesmer can kill you. Granted, you do move about 10% of your nomal speed.

I play a w/r but not for PvP. In PvE I like apply poison, sever artery, gash and victory is mine. You can PvP with that build if you use it to kill other warriors and monks though because degen makes healing more difficult. Works well with an interrupt warrior. But I digress.
The thing with w/mo's is that they are so damn easy to play it's ridiculous. Personally, I prefer to play an elementalist or mesmer, or anything but a w/mo for that matter. But sometimes, usually on FoW or UW runs or on more difficult missions, I will run a w/mo with succor on the monks and a bunch of adrenal skills (axe is best). It's actually a very handy build to have for PvE. You can still be a great tank and not use any energy at all.

you're right in that way, but also in a team warriors often get the most of the damage
I recently started GW and I was in for a nasty surprise. I started a W/Mo because I liked the idea of tanking and if needed I'd be able to help keep my team alive. When I started looking for groups I noticed how many W/Mos there really are. I heard a lot of comments like "sigh, not another wammo" and "Don't invite him, he's just an idiot like all other wammos"
The only underpopulated class is something beginning Mo
I agree with you there. The first character I ever created was a Monk and I found myself in demand for missions and quests. The problem with Monks for some people is that they are perceived as healers and thats it. Monks can do immense damage if equipped right. The combo of Shield of Judgment (For 8...18 seconds, anyone striking target ally with an attack is knocked down and suffers 5...41 damage. This is an elite skill.) and Balthazar's Aura (For 10 seconds, foes adjacent to target ally take 10...22 holy damage each second.) can kick the ass of multiple enemies surrounding you.

My first character was a Mesmer (of all things) and then I made a necro...
Just a week ago I decided to make a warrior as I was tired of being crushable. Couldn't decide on a secondary class so I made a W/Mo... I have to say I am having a lot of fun with it. I usually only use henchmen, but on the off chance there is a guild group I can be tank for them.
Like Skyrim? Need more content? Try my Skyrim mod "Godfred's Tomb."
MY first char was a E/Mo because I liked being able to deal mass amounts of damage and/or healing the party I'm in. I think that a E/Mo is a better healer then any other monk combo because of the E energy storage attribute, the points it has the more energy you have. I was going to have a W/mo but became a W/E due to how many W/Mo I saw

No.. Think its just you, although I can say there is alot more of them later on in the game after ascension.

I don't play PvP, not yet at least. Of course I could always restart the character anyway, but it still took a lot of the fun out of it.
