That was  a great movie, great acting and very immersive

Best MMO experiences : EQ(PvE), DAoC(PvP), WoW(total package) LOTRO (worldfeel) GW2 (Artstyle and animations and worlddesign) SWTOR (Story immersion) TSW (story) ESO (character advancement)

I like how in the beginning he is playing a game that resembles Superman 64. I guess this truly is the future. Technology advances but gameplay regresses at the same time.

Well excuse them for not designing a "proper game" for a short film. Focusing on the wrong things...

A sort of augmented reality where your games are integrated into your everyday activities.  I dig it, anything to make cutting pickles more fun.  Major fail on the guy's part for having his Wingman achievement on display.

Thanks for sharing that, Blitz! That was fun to watch :)

Personally the only modern MMORPG trend that annoys me is the idea that MMOs need to be designed in a way to attract people who don't actually like MMOs. Which to me makes about as much sense as someone trying to figure out a way to get vegetarians to eat at their steakhouse.

Pretty interesting. Wouldn't doubt that eventually you will see stuff similar.

Good concept, there's a lot of truth there but it's overbaked, overbiased & the ending is stupid. Should've stuck with the main points.

If you take a look at tech trends and what is currently being studied its not far off from the truth. Considering how quickly we are coming up on the end of Moore's law, and just how quickly other sciences are progressing, like the Doctor who is decoding the electrical impulses between the eye and the brain, not to mention the impressive strides that have been made in all of the different types of prosthetics it truly will be a world much closer to that much sooner than later.
