FPS MMO that is PVE?

Looking for a FPS MMO that is based more around PVE than PVP. Everything I see seems like it just focuses on PVP. Can be third person as well. Just want to be able to aim and mow down mobs. Already played Tera, Dragons Nest, etc.. that's not what I'm looking for. Any suggestions? Already played Fallen Earth as well. Tried Globel Agenda years ago but it seemed to only have an open world at the beginning. I'd like something that has a nice open world and not just instance based. Has Globel Agenda changed any over the years to have a complete open world?
