Rules: First of all, Fairy Tail is not a democratic guild and never will be. Every successful organization in RL or virtual world is based on hierarchy and so is Fairy Tail. Every rank has it's role and works on its part of responsibilities to make the community as pleasant as possible for all the members. As much as we would like to involve everyone in making important decision, not everyone in the guild deserves or wants same privileged and usually the most important decisions regarding guild has to be made by guild leaders because in the end, leaders are those who are held responsible if something goes wrong and they take the full blame. Lets have fun!
