Storm Summoning / Weather Control
Hello. I was just noticing the rain outside and how much I like it. Then I remembered how much I loved the Storm Summoning powerset in City of Heroes and made myself sad. I had various forms of wind, rain, snow, fog, thunder, and lightning at my disposal.
Does anyone have any suggestion on a game where you can have weather powers? And I don't mean being able to call a single weird-looking lightning bolt out of the sky. I know nothing is going to be just like CoH, but is there anything that feels close, or even vaguely similar, to the weather abilities it had?

Though it is a particularly daunting task to get to the point of controlling weather. The game Archlord does feature a player rank wherein the Archlord her/himself has the ability to control the weather in entire zones.
Another recent and more easily accessible option is Guild Wars 2, where the elementalist can call down fire rain. I believe there is also a healing rain skill as well which uses water rain.
Of course there are always options such as Sim City and other simulators where you can develope the technologies to do "cloud seeding".
Those are the ones I know of and I am sure that others will know more.
