Hey, buddies.
So if you are butt-sore about your most recent (meaninglly cultivated in the last five months of mmorpg evolution) opinions and ideas about mmorpgs not being cultivated in words, there might not be reason.
I love all of you for your enthusiasm. Hell, you have been been my bunker mates until now. i am a believer. But this is getting stupid. We are starting to look as dumb as the blind haters who care nothing about CU, and that is scary. To be more frank: we tried to be civil, but we let haters draw us into meaningless battles. c'mon. stop.

You are telling the people who like this project to not bash on people who bashes them and the game?
agree,it could have hit 4,000,000 allready without these people who are selling bottled air and their own visions.

I funded the kickstarter but the so called supporters on this site are not the community I want to build and be part of. I understand the haters gonna Hate but just ignore them, no need to respond to obvious troll.
However as i said earlier if someone asks a question for the love of krishna please answer it. Don't be a jerk and tell them "with a little bit of research" just answer the question because believe it or not people are trying to find out about this game and large forums like this are the best place to disseminate and filter it all and provide information in a meaningful context.
So be civil and helpful and this will fund, otherwise don't and it won't and I won't have to be part of one of the worst internet communites i've seen since the VM boards.
Actually, i am trying to speak to both contingents: those who would hastily and in an informed fashion trash-talk this game because of information supplied by an overabundance of applying the templates of the mmorpgs they have played until now to the design concept for this game, and to those who defend said pre-development game over-enthusiastically against the aggression of those who get a kick out of trolling NOT through fact, but through aesthetic and perspective-based divergences.
It's really. really easy. Ignore the trolls and involve yourself in conversations that interest you. On a side note, if a conversation that a troll starts is interesting to you, then you are kind of a reverse-troll. If you are a troll, have fun. I get it. The internetz are serious buisiness.
It's almost as if we all learned to grow up except for the grown up part. Can't we have a mature forum for constructive criticism and honest thought, or does it always, always, always have to be people trying to "win" a game that doesn't matter? I remember when this was the best theorycrafting forum for this game on the internet. Now it's just ugly.

Yes. Just as this is a different kind of game, I am hoping we can be a different kind of population. Is that really stupid? Not a sarcastic question. Maybe it really is a stupid question. I am just approximating the mindset here in this microcosm.

A noble request...but a futile one at that also. This has been happening since the beginning of MMORPG.com.

Personally, I'd edit out the comment in the title referencing people acting like children.
Good conversations rarely start out from insults.
I understand, you'd like folks to play nice, but for many forum PVP is why they are here, what they enjoy, and you won't change them by calling them trolls (no such thing by the way, they only exist in fantasy lore and under bridges
) you ultimately just get the results you were hoping to avoid.
Not rising to the bait is the best advice people have given here, and about the only thing that defeats such discussions.
Sort of like the old movie War Games, "the only way to win is not to play"

it is out of control and only one who can save it, is this MJ dude,right now theres for example lots of people telling "truths" of their crafting ,even tho this MJ doesnt even know that.
That is a huge problem and does alot of damage to their project.
first impression is very important thing to most of us,and when someone who visits their Kickstarter page and tries to dig some more data and finds out that crafting is actually like Lol,UO,DAOC etc combined,they will run away.
