Why are SWG's devs soo crap when EQ2's are sooo good?

EQ2 has really good support and devs 
They bring out amazing patches and constantly improve the game, also their support answered me and gave me back my pet dragon i deleted by the next day!
Their devs always post on the forums and are really funny Altho tech support forum sucks!
SWG on the other hand is totally different : The devs are shite and never reply on the forums! Their support never replies to you in game and i've had a ticket open for more than a month with no reply! I know LA controls the game but it doesn't mean SOE can treat you like crap!
Also the PS forums has the best tech support guy around The other 2 are completly crap!

Until you cancel your subscription, you are only helping to continue the cycle of mediocrity.
Most of the original swg devs "quit" and moved on to EQ2
As for the why are eq2 devs so good..... I didn't know they were ?:P
Because everytime they're on the forums people behave like they do when Darth Vader lands in Theed? :P
Your mileage will vary with CSR's depending on the server. Chilastra has two great CSR's, they've always helped me out even if its my dumb fault (accidently deleting one of those Wookie furniture items for an example).
