RO2 Crafting Guide with Gathering Maps

NoctiaNoctia Member Posts: 6
Hi there,

I've made a crafting guide with some maps with herb & rock gathering locations (I've marked locations on all field maps), and maps showing easy monsters to skin for Artisan materials (one map for each tier of material):

http://gamelytic.com/ro2/ragnarok-online-2-complete-crafting-guide-with-maps

I was looking for one when I started out in the SEA version and there didn't seem to be any guide with these kind of maps, so I thought this could be helpful for anyone wanting to get a headstart on crafting.

Examples of the maps I've made;

It's been pointed out to me that there's a small mistake under the herb maps titles - one just says "South Plain" instead of "Tier 2 - Aloe - South Plain", but that was something that happened when it was uploaded to the website & I can't edit it.

Please feel free to share this guide around if you find it useful.

    Is this guide applicable to the NA version from warpportal.com? Their OBT just started.

    I haven't yet played the NA version, but my assumption is yes it would be applicable.  They may have changed some item names (because the translations in SEA were pretty bad), but I believe the herbs, rocks, monsters etc will be in the same places and the professions will craft the same items.

    No need for a guide.  The gathering system is as linear and well laid out as you can get.  You get level 1-9 stuff in the 1-9 zones...  If you can gather it, it lets you gather it.  All the gathered goods use a base followed by a catalyst to differentiate it.

    If you would prefer to run around two to three maps before you know the best gathering spot for one item, then by all means do so.
