.. has it happened yet? or is it coming the the expansion? any pics or videos of the new UI?

It's coming. not sure if it's going to be before or after SoA is released. They have started revamping some of the status symbols already and updated the spell and ability Icons a few months ago. Other than that I'm not really sure when the quickbar and movable UI is being released.
