However, it is problematic to access this site from my workplace
I would agree. Whilst somewhat distasteful to some, it defintely makes mmorpg.com NSFW....
today I accidentally clicked on the side of the page which contains a link. As I was walking away from my desk a coworker (and thank goodness one of the laid back coworkers) arched his eye brow as he passed,. I turned to see my entire screen filled with barbie women.
Rushed to quickly get off of their site.
But then again that's my fault.
Like Skyrim? Need more content? Try my Skyrim mod "Godfred's Tomb."
It will most likely go on for as long as Aeria Games finds it profitable to pay for front-page placement on MMORPG.COM.
It's obviously very effective advertising if they're prepared to pay for front-page placement for such a long time...
I now have to avoid browsing MMORPG during the lunch-hour at work, because co-workers that casually glance at my screen are making some very rude remarks about my internet habits. To the uneducated observer, it certainly looks like a very "suspicious" site, specially when the fake "magazine cover" artwork is used for the Scarlet Blade ads.
Since it doesn't violate any of mmorpg.com's own policies and they have even edited some of the pictures from their original forms, I'd say they will be here at least til the end of their agreed upon timeframe. Could be tomorrow, could be next month. Hell, they could even draw up another agreement.

I am reading this from work as well and I'm no prude but I'd have to agree. Other than using an Ad blocker you could always just push Ctrl + zoom in on your mouse with the scroll button. I zoomed in on the site until it cut the edges off and blocked the ads from view. At least all of the decent content on the site doesn't get missed, just the shiney nakey dolls.
Instead of accessing gaming websites from your workplace, try doing your WORK!!! Now this website needs to bow to lazy people who want to browse the web about games while they should be working? MMORPG.com has every right to advertise on their website without having to coddle to your work environment rules.

How pathetic to even post that excuse.
I really think some are just trying to make a point
My boss saw the adds. I mentioned that apparently the people that play the game can pay real money to undress the characters. He just laughed.....and downloaded the game after he got home.
I can find more things morally offensive at the grocery store checkout than I can find in the advertising on this webpage. Seriously, some people need to adjust their priorities.
All of my posts are either intelligent, thought provoking, funny, satirical, sarcastic or intentionally disrespectful. Take your pick.
I get banned in the forums for games I love, so lets see if I do better in the forums for games I hate.
I enjoy the serenity of not caring what your opinion is.
People keep using the word Porn in these forums in reference to Scarlet Blade.I do not think it means what they think it means.
Also if you lack the self confidence to explain what the ads are to your co workers then the problem is in you not the ads.I've seen worse ads for products on billboards.

Where's the option for there's nothing close to "porn" being shown ?

I don't hate much, but I hate Apple© with a passion. If Steve Jobs was alive, I would punch him in the face.
Read some of the adds :
- Which boss satifies you the most.
- Bigger sure is better.
- It's getting hot in here so TAKE OFF ALL YOUR GEAR.
- Whos really in control.
- Prepare to get wiped.
Dammmmm !

Its kind of like that Massage place with the half burnt out lights that sits a 100 yards off the highway, is not porn.
