I don't think you understand how serious this is. If Texas wins this lawsuit, they'll execute Sony. ALL of it! They have the gas chambers to take out the whole company at once.

Looks like some of the world is trying to crush Sony becuase of this. I think some has the inetntion to try to bring down the gaming industry this way too.

Lets not forget its Sony Music being sued NOT SOE, big difference. Not game related but about spyware in music CD's.

I hope for your sake that you didn't want a PS3. Because if Texas and the other places win, SONY will more than likely eather leave the US and other Countries and stay in Japan or go bye bye all together. Just feel bad for the Fans of the PS3 and SWG if this does happen. Oh yeah and EQ1 and 2.

After hearing how expensive the PS3 is going to probably be, i could care less if they go bye bye. I just hope that they make MGS4 on the 360 instead then.

Uh yeah, I don't think so. This isn't that big of a deal, you have to be a real nerd to actually understand it all. Sony recalled the CD's, I think you can even send them back for new ones. Music is just one part of Sony's business, they aren't going to pull anything because of this one goof in one part of the company.

Yeah, but for the most part, sony seems to be loosing all its legs. SOE is getting a really bad rep at the moment. Their televisions are getting outsold by other brands, and now they have spyware on their cd's. It isn't looking good for sony any way you look at it. The only possible thing that I think could keep them alive in the following years is the playstation3. Even that (from what they say about it) doesn't seem to be all that good just yet.

Yeah I sure hope so. Cause I do in fact want a PS3, I'm holdin out till next year and hell if it takes it 2007. And if they make MGS4 on the 360 (which they never will), I'd have to say that this bridge near my house looks awfully inviting ::::31::
