Blargh, I hope they aren't making up "MMO" friendly terms by calling him the "God of Schemes". He is the King of Rape, Lord of Domination and what not! I've never read anything about his schemes. I have however read that he isn't very clever.
Anyhow, have a look at the video. The loremaster has a storyteller's voice. Quite amazing that they actually have a loremaster.

But it is correct. In the the variaties of fath area in the TES wiki he is reffered to as just that.. The loremaster knows what he is talking about.
