Player Housing and PVP?

Ive been looking lately for a game that has open pvp, possibly open loot too, and a good player housing system. Any out there right now, or coming really soon?

    Darkfall Unholy wars has a Housing system i think if you can live long enough to make a house hahahah

    it has full loot also  Pretty fun game soo far...im only up to 700 prowess though

    Anything else besides Darkfall, Im not really trying to pay to play anything. I get over mmorpg quickly and I think it would be a waste of money to pay every month. I dont mind buying the game to play though. Paying around 50 dollars or less to play forever is a good deal with me.
