confused.. is it released yet?

in Neverwinter

Hey guys,

 

Im wondering if the game has been released yet, i cant find anything on their official site other then its saying its in open beta right now.

 

On the other hand i see allot of topics in here and on other sites claiming this is the real deal we have right now.

 

so what is it?

    its open beta.. but in the F2P world open beta pretty much equals release as there are no more character wipes

    I angered the clerk in a clothing shop today. She asked me what size I was and I said actual, because I am not to scale. I like vending machines 'cause snacks are better when they fall. If I buy a candy bar at a store, oftentimes, I will drop it... so that it achieves its maximum flavor potential. --Mitch Hedberg

    It is released as Beta, but no server/character wipes.  Load up and have a go.  :)

    Like many f2p games, open beta and release are the same thing.  There wont be another wipe.

    Was going to give Beta a shot, but the download is ridiclously slow that I gave up.

    My cleric (healer) is now 16 and my guardian (tank) is now 11.  The game is VERY immersive and I was skeptical at first but having a BLAST now!

    i agree... even with how boxed in and instanced the game is overall the game is very immersive and D&D feeling.. very much enjoy that aspect of it

    There are alternative sites that offer the client download. iirc GamersHell(.com) also offers the download and that site is quite fast most of the times.
