I don't understand this behaviour at all. There is something wrong with this generation. It's like everyone thinks that they are the center of the universe and that their oppinion matters. If I don't like a game I don't find a forum in wich to went my frustration, because of the mentality "I should only and always be exposed to things I like."

Yes there is something deeply wrong. Aside the "I have an opinion and everyone needs to know!" attitude, what shocks me is how people just wait for a new game to come out so they can hate on it. It seems like it's the only thing that interests them.
To be fair, it's not the worst. I'm enjoying it based on it being free, if I'd have paid money for it, it would be a different story. But for what's it's worth, it's been enjoyable so far. I think the biggest factor for me at the moment is The Foundry, that will keep me interested for a bit.

As was DDO. And LOTRO was a thinly veiled cash in on the LOTR name, and TESO on TES, SWTOR on SW, oh and WoW on the Warcraft franchise.
There is a difference. When something comes along that is insipid, does nothing new, takes nothing that exist and makes it better, has rehashed visuals and does nothing with the license it proudly displays then, for me, it is an issue. The game is a generic fantasy MMO with the D&D name...this is called marketing not game development.
"Dungeons & Dragons Neverwinter" could have been called "Dragonstone Adventure" or "Fantasy MMO Game", sticking the D&D name on something that is bland and does nothing to promote or better the license is just lazy and offensive.
While I do not disagree with some of the games you've mentioned, I would not say all of them are "Generic Fanstasy MMO"s that a well known and respected license got slapped on. DDO and LOTRO did things for the genre of MMOs that had not been done before, perhaps TESO will as well...we'll have to see.
As for a review of the game that so many people seemed to be so interested in reading. I gave one...I was not impressed.

The fact is that every other mmorpg out there has also been guilty of what you complain about for at least the last decade. The same complaints are trotted out for every mmorpg that has ever been released. It's a game: play it or don't play it.

im with you both on this 100%
and that said while i started neverwinter it felt cheap asian everyday grind with d&d bought to raise the numbers but giving it more hours and sinking in there more deeply i find myself enjoying it.
i must say the tutorial and starting of the game followed by that npc man who sounds like a woman is not very encouraging start, but if you manage pull yourself out from the starting levels it really hook you up.
and one mention with cash shop , dont need to spend any money in there. respec is the only thing you might need to spend some cash at max level but thats up to you if you wanna give something for the company who made game you played that long.
I tried it out for a little bit and was immediately turned off by the sparkly trail leading you around the nose. I've since uninstalled it. Just wondering if the whole game is heavily instanced with markers showing you where to go? Not my cup of tea, but I guess you get what you pay for, which is nothing.

You're thinking about it wrong, ultimately the trail leads you to where you need to go for your quest, it doesn't mean you have to follow it like in the city or black lakes or tower district which are the early open zones you'll see. You can go anywhere but the sparkles will guide you from where ever you went to where ever you need to go to complete the quest or you just press "z".
Never been so bored in combat, in a mmo, as I was in Neverwinter.
Currently playing: AoC, RIFT, Champions Online, DDO, LORTO, STO and Tribes: Ascend Have Played: TSW, SWG, AO, EVE, WOW, EQ, EQ2, SW:TOR, GW,CoH, DCUO, RotMG, WAR,
Having played a lot of MMOs and Wow for 7 years, i am liking Neverwinter, still i dont know if will spend my money on it, waiting until high levels, but people just complain about a total free game, i cant understand

Nice review and I agree with it
WOW! the best review ever. it so discriptive about the issues at hand and that one thing you mentioned hit the nail on the head. ...
...
HOnestly this is a fun ass game on this web site there are so many haters you really cant come here for a review.

IMO
I agree! It lacks everything that I see in D&D. Not only am I not impressed, I'm disappointed.
I like the game. Therefore everyone should like it.
Isn't every big name IP product essentially a cash in?
By this logic you should never again play another game with an existing IP as by definition you cannot be impressed.
Enjoy the exclusivity of your future gaming in indie games, now you won't be playing anything else ever again.
Expresso gave me a Hearthstone beta key.....I'm so happy

Since when is Tuesday a direction?

Good luck with your next MMO game.
Impressive review
It's the exact same game we've been playing for 10 years. With recticale (aim anywhere near lock on) targeting.
Foundry is a great concept, to bad it could be used in an original game play system.

You can turn the sparkles off.
