The plan is to have crafted arrows, so DnL should by the time it comes out be crafted only, or from a vendor.
SoG wont have crafting at release, so at least at first arrows may be unlimited, but this may change with SoG as it will be constantly upgraded over time.
Blacksac, not to derail the topic but since you have already answered the guys question I have one for you.
Wouldn't you say it is fair to say that SoG is really a small opart of DnL that they have finished and as the closed beta people test the rest of it what has passed QA will be gradually added to SoG so that by late march SoG will be a mini map version of DnL.. Not trying to troll here just asking a honest question.
And before soem fan boy says some tripe like SoG and DnL are seperate games note that I am saking Blac this since he seems to have some inside connection and seems to be a fairly honest person in my opinion.

I agree with your observation above.
SoG will evolve with upgrades that take into account how people play SoG. This in my opinion if done well will result in one of the most feature rich games to come to retail. The Devs are taking a huge risk doing this way, but if people get enthused with the project, DnL will be rich indeed. This saga/adventure is not over yet.

Unknown at the current time, but probably you have to buy crafted arrows. Maybe archers or other classes that are heavily based on ranged combat get a spell to summon arrows, but that's just a presumption that sounds reasonable to me.
