Weather Effects

I've been wondering if there are any mmorpgs out there that are using Weather Effects.  I'm not talking about simply having rain, snow, fog etc... I'm talking "effects"- for example: swinging swords slower or more strength/aim needed when shooting arrows.  I personally like a lot more challenging mmo and think these would be good additions to the genre.

I especially would like to see these effects in pvp play.  Possibly using the weather as a tacticle advantage in one on one or clan vs clan.  What opinions do you all have on this aspect of a game?

    well there are plenty of MUD's that do it, and in DAoC in the rain some monsters were strengthened. Not that I like it but ah well.

    I say it sounds like a nice twist to a game, I'd like to play a game with that and see how it is.
