Australian - how to preorder FFXI ???

in Final Fantasy XI

I'm in Sydney/Australia and I want to preorder Final Fantasy XI - PC version so I can receive it when it comes out 28 Oct. But how? Where is the webpage to preorder it and can Australian do it? And if the retail version of PC available in US, how long after that will it be available in Australia?

    Holy S$%t !!! It cost $31 to deliver the game to Australia, how come??? Is there anyway to have free delivery???

    It costs $31 dollars because they fly it.
