Monitor or card problem..need advice

While playing rift I noticed something odd about what was happening to me in game..although I am pretty certain the problem isn't the game I am trying to wonder what it is..here goes.

while I am running ahead in a line..all of a sudden my screen or should I say character ends up running the other way.this is without me moving the mouse or using any control apart from the one I use running forward.

I am also open to the thinking that keyboard buttons are sticking..on gw2 my character would run backwards and not stop until I relog..cant figure it out..any advice would be welcome.

    Are you sure you're not hitting the V key? That will reverse the camera view to look behind you.
