Skill automatic upgrade?

in Rift
i have some skill at 16lvl  PowerStrike / flamespear /frost strike will automatic upgrade after levels or i need upgrade at npc?

    It will automatically upgrade. It used to be that you needed to buy the upgrade at an npc but they changed that shortly after SL launched.

    tnx 1more quest is possible autoattack ? i mean target and spam skills because is hard  all time target ppls at pvp +skills

    hmm there is a autotarget option in settings but never worked for me..when i hit the skill it says you dont have a target but the target is front of me..mby is bugged?
