"No Foreign Users" in the upcoming CBT in June

As the title of this thread says, no foreign users are allowed to access the closed beta test in June. What is meant by foreign? Foreign to the country in which the game is produced. I assume Korea.

    Korean ID + Phone number mostly maybe even Korean IP as people are quite resourcefull these days :P

    I'm half Thai but I do know a few people from Korea, been following this game for ages and i think i can get in at some point. It's not what you know it's who you know, this like most things in life.

    It is almost as if they don't want people who cannot help with bug reports and feedback because they don't speak the korean language! My god! What injustice!

    Yep, Latin America pre-purchase available in middle of June it says.  Then closed beta beginning Q3 of this year.  I'm glad I live in Peru.

    Requiring some sort of Korean personal identification to play Korean video games is Korean law. So any game you try to play on Korean servers is going to restrict is to Korean citizens only because they have no other choice. That's a lot of the same word but I don't know how else to say it lol. Every Korean MMO is going to have this problem so best get used to it.

    It's a Korean Social Security Number so unless you were born in Korea you can't get one without breaking the law.
