The few opinions on it I've heard say it's just better than Grid 1, but I haven't had a chance to try it myself. Hoping to grab it off Steam within the next month, as I'm actually pretty excited for the local split screen
DX9 on PC isn't support though, so make sure to have at least a DX10 card. Probably do, but just wanna throw that out there ^^
The Steam price does not seem too bad, if you preorder you get all DLC +Grid 2 + Grid for £26.99, whereas after released it will be £29.99 just for Grid 2 + you have to pay for the DLC all costing a total of £16.96. So buy now within about 37 hours for £26.99 for all of it or buy after that and pay £29.99 for just the game to £46.95 for all of it, also without Grid 1 then that is £56.94
Actually , I've been following it on Steam for the past couple weeks. Just watching the Pre-order bonus sales to see if it would open all the DLC>, for purchasing.
Unfortunately , I do not pre-order anything anymore . (thats a whole different animal there ).
But If the game is well received , I have no problem paying for the DLC .
@ Kaij , Thanks for the heads up on the card . Good to go
It has online DRM like Sim City 5. Granted it does have a singleplayer feature, but it is very very basic. All the meat of the game is online only. You can't progress, earn money, buy cars or anything in singleplayer. Its all multiplayer.

I hadn't heard that, and it's a bit of a bummer to actually.

Quick look ;
CON:
- terrible graphics (textures, environments)
- terrible gameplay in general
- many loading screens (change car = mini loading "screen")
- Cars at GT2 Polycount Level
- terrible tracks (all those fantasy ones)
- harder difficulty seems not to help (same cr-p as medium)
- fullscreen bug (alt+tab to desktop = restart the game)
- terrible menus
- overall the impression is = terrible for a 60$? product, i´d rather play Shift 2 or Motor Toon Grand Prix
- and it goes on and on.... just blargh!
PRO:
- better Engine sounds than Gran Turismo
- runs on Android Phones and Playstation 1 (2560 by 1600 at 4xAA/HIGH/Ultra ~ 40-55 fps 6870)
Don´t buy it.
Oh is it buy to play? I need to make some research aabout it, honestly i am not familiar with that game
