Post here to say what MMORPGs you are playing so i can get an idea of whats a good game.

    If you like runescape which i dont, then you might want to try WoW, even though i hate that game too.

    Im playing EVE online and CoH. But more on EVE online cuz im in a corp. And well im starting to like EVE online more than other MMO games.

    I can only reward myself with one game at a time and right now its SWG and only b/c I accidentally bought it on sale.  Now I really like mmo's and I think my next game will be LotR if the reviews come back fairly favorable.  You guys playing many games at one time must not have kids! LOL

    DAoC

    On and off:

    Runescape (Only because my computer sucks and sometimes just won't let me on DAoC period)

    BTW is Flyff any good?

    Yes actually FLYFF is pretty good maybe not as good as others but thats only because it has been here for about 3 weeks now or so.

    I also think EVE is the one that has been mentioned most so so far EVE is in the lead.

    Mostly WoW at this point, can't seem to really get into it though, oh well.

     And of course the ever pathetic MxO, mostly due to a lapse in judgement and a once hope filled dream of having a decent game that caused me to buy a full year subscription.... /sigh never again will I trust an MMO company. But anyways, at this point it's kinda like watching an accident happen, just cant seem to turn away.

    The most recent MMOs that I (attempted ) tried:

    Silk Road - two servers packed to the max and whe I finally got in, my computer choked.

    City of Heroes - Suprisingly good and I love the player search system that allows you to drop in and find a party in about 5 minutes flat. I hated the fact that I had to buy the box AND pay the fee. I originally downloaded a free trial and figured that I could just buy cards to get more time. No dice, I HAD TO BUY THE BOX TO KEEP PLAYING. If it hadn't been for that one little thing, I'd still be playing it.

    Games that I liked but moved on from:

    Anarchy online - I've played this thing on and off ever since it's been released. It ain't for everyone, but it's a well done game and right now it's free.

    Ultima Online - For everything I liked about this game, something else was totally broken. The world was huge and you could do just about anything. The interface was (is) crapppy and cumbersome, plus the game was covered with theives and griefers from one end to the other even on the Chesopeak server. I played this when the Second Age expansion came out. I've played on a few pirate servers since then, but the magic is gone.

    Asheron's Call - The first one. It did alot of impressive things for it's time. Grouping was an integral play mechanic and no two players looked exactly alike. The classes were horribly unbalanced since magic users had a much easier time of things. I also didn't like the FFA servers since I was looking for a pure player killing experience (no monsters) rather than just the plain game with FFA PvP thrown over the top.

    PlanetSide (mainly because the outfit I hang with is fun)

    SWG (waiting to see if they can fix it before my subscription runs out)

    WoW (when I need a fantasy fix)

    CoH (Once a week with a group of friends for 3-4 hours we've been doing this from lvl 1, where now lvl 34, would love to do this with more games)

    Waiting for PotBS and Huxely as I've tried a few other MMO's but need something new.

    Playing the 14 day trial of EVE online. looks great I have my 2nd ship already. Thanks to Haydez for giving me 8.5M of ISKs.

    Also playing WoW. well it doesnt excite me anymore I feel bored and guild sucks.

    Im Amazed..... NOT!!!

    NO WoW owns GW

    GW isnt as open ended as WoW

    i have both and i higly prefer WoW
