This game blows It has no end game, it doesnt have a middle game. You can beat the main story in one day and you'll be around lvl 25 if you spent some time leveling along the way. After that theres nothing. You can "pvp" which is boring with no goal and a waste of time and there are daily missions which nobody does.
Free to play strikes again.

Agreed wholeheartedly.
It's a fantastic entry level game and one that parents could enjoy with their kids as well. It's great for what it is, advertising it as as MMO though may not have been the best move and will cause backlash and criticism, should have just advertised it as a nice Marvel ARPG with social elements which is what it is and in that respect it is indeed good.
If people go into this with the mindset that it is an open world ARPG and not really an MMO they will enjoy it much more. I mean sure it is "Multiplayer" and "Online", but the "Massively" part is where it will receive the criticism as "Massively" still draws definition from gamers as it will be a persistent world or have "massive" scale, which in itself is a problem as "MMO" has become a misnomer in this day and age as the massive part is considered by some to mean lots of players and others to mean more.
It is a very good ARPG that is all I have to say really and a great step forward for that genre.
I think it all depends on how you are playing. I've played 12 hours and am on chapter 5/8 with my one character. But then again I tend to explore the maps and play them over a couple times before moving on.
I haven't gotten to end-game but I have a feeling that no one is doing the dailies because a vast majority of the players haven't reached end game yet...
It reminds me of diablo 1/2/3 with the top down approach and mouseclick to fight. The loot drops are somewhat similar, except the loot that drops is yours (like diablo3) not up for grabs for anyone.
Granted, it doesn't have as much "depth" as Diablo 2 per say, but it is fun for what it is. Without a $60 price tag, you can't really knock it for what it is lacking, but I am enjoying myself so far.
Then again I only play for an hour to two hour sessions at a time, so perhaps my playstyle differs from the poster I quoted.
I am entitled to my opinions, misspellings, and grammatical errors.
The game is decent for what it is: a simple Marvel themed ARPG.
My son really wants to play it, but sadly the game has absolutely no chat filters, or chat options at all, so I can not in good conscience let him touch this one. This is a free to play game, and the mass produced f2p market has shown us time and time again what kind of community to expect to be drawn to the game.
Gazillion's Marvel Super Hero Squad game had great chat options for young gamers (and more to do in game tbh). This is a big disappointment for me, and my Son.
What was diablo's end game ?
Why are ppl having such a hard time understanding this isn't a classic mmo, it's an ARPG with a lot of multiplayer areas. They don't have raids or " end game "
Saying your disappointed because there's no end game is about a bright as saying you're disappointed in halo because it didn't have a persistent world.
I must admit, i didnt think id enjoy this game as much as i am. And spineless sucker that i am, ive already "wasted" an obscene amount of money on heroes etc.
But truly having much more fun with it, then i had with D3.
Im having trouble figuring out wich Hero to play next, cause they all feel so diverse in style. Wich i find immensely enjoyable. Luxury problem's are always welcome.
There are ofcourse bugs, and areas of improvement. But i feel/hope that there on the right track of it.
"End game" is more or less the same as it always is in this genre. But MH seems to encourage teamplay, and give it a fresh little spin with the daily terminals.
I see potential in the game. But then again we all have different opinions.
Ironman lvl 37
Dare Devil lvl 27
Spiderman lvl 16
Cable lvl 12
Sorry, got to go save the world, and look good doing it
lvl 37 right now the game is a blast to play.
It has great potential to become something we all diablo 1&2 been waiting for
There's a tab for "end game", if you look clearly in the quest menu. There is a main story that you could possibly beat in a day, there is something after that. You can PvP, but it's in beta if you can read, which is there for the time being so that players can get their PvP on for the time being.
