We are definitely open of people from the EU side if they speak and understand English. Hate to say but being able to properly communicate and listen is sort of a requirement. We have players in different part of the globe with like minded attitudes towards gaming. Some a bit more casual then others hour wise but all more then fairly active. I don't think there will be to many issues concerning timelines other then perhaps the 40 man raids.

(More so a logistical thing then activity level)

I was in Jen'Jidai with these folks for a long time. Their leaders are respectful, the members make you feel at home, and the enviroment encourages you to play better... not just for your sake.. but to represent the guild. The application process may feel a bit daunting, but the juice is worth the squeeze. For those quality players who are unsure... if Wildstar's sect is anything like SW:TOR's, you won't be disappointed.
