How the hell do you know its "Blooooody Brilliant" when there is hardly any info on it and also no screen shots, id think it would be quite hard to judge a game that you have never seen.

Hmm, I'm pretty sure someone already explicitly advertised this game and they asked the OP to talk to them about advertisement. You advertising this or are you actually hyped for it?

I'll be frank. It's a nice skeleton framework, but the movie shows what is obviously no better than alpha stages, if that.
The 3d is rough. It'd be more forgivable if it were 2d, it's easier to improve graphics as time goes on. The "music" was actively offensive to my ears.
Call it a public test invitation for pre-alpha development, and I may agree with you. If I remember right, the lead coder is 15. For someone that age with only a small group, this isn't a bad showing. Still, they need to recruit a few more skilled people to make something people are going to enjoy.
It's more promising than some of the weak projects I've seen out there, but there's still a lot of work to be done.
Been playing MUDs plenty long enough to appreciate a good text game.
The trouble is, poor 3d graphics can kill a game. I'd sooner play a game with less advanced 2d graphics than poor 3d graphics. Personal bias in a way. The fact is, today's gamers have certain expectations in a game. Graphics, music, sound, and gameplay need to meet certain criteria in order to provide a gaming experience that people enjoy.
Personally, I believe that graphics that facilitate easy navigation of the game world and music that's well composed help make a good game leagues better. I found Ragnarok Online to be easy to get into due to relatively simple navigation, and the musical score was immersive. I know there's plenty of other games that I would have dived into headfirst, but the navigation was simply horrible.
Promise or not, I've found weak 3d graphics to be one of the quickest turnoffs to a game. Don't get me started on forced isometric view.
I have no problems with poor 3d-graphics...AO looks about like that SS, and it's a great game...but I'm a skeptic on whether or not RealmCrafter has the ability to produce a "bloody brilliant" game in its current stages. Developers have ZERO access to the source code, and limited scripting commands. Basically, all that can come out of RC right now is a poor EQ clone.
If Navisaer delivers a quality game, which I think there is a chance for, then my faith in RC will be restored. Good luck Banished Studios, I wish the best of luck for you. Now, on the other hand, these RC games being made by 2 or 3 fourteen years olds, who slap together some zones and call it a game, I have a little less faith.
I wouldn't put any faith in RC until Navisaer goes beta. We will see what the engine can do...
I think RC may be good for a strong RP niche game, but that's about it. I have some high hopes for a political MMO set in Greek days. This is the kind of game RC was made for IMO, not crappy EQ clones.

FAQ says 1 to 2 years away, and $ 5/month. That says a lot.
Realm of the Dragons, yet it mainly involves characters (humans, elves, dwarves) that can ride dragons. Misleading name.
Stop...think..and reread what you just wrote...So you are saying, you know inside info so "YOU" are hyped up about the game...yet we don't know any of this info, we only know what we've seen and have been told therefore we have no reason to want to play nor wait for this game...k?

some facts about the op:
He says Lineage 2 is awesome, but doesn't play it (or didn't at the time he made those posts).
He says games like Flyff and Rose online are really good.
He plays on illegal free servers.
The way he writes his posts make him look like a hyperactive kid with ADD who had too much sugar and caffeine.
He posts false info about games.
And now he says a game that probably isn't even in alpha testing yet is going to be good because the makers are his 15 year old friends...
I feel bad for anyone who takes this guy seriously.

I know the staff cause I go on there forums and I chat to them on MSN Messenger and I also got inside details! They also sent me a video clip on my old MSN account but it got hacked thats how I lost Contact! But the Video has all the full detail and they sent me screen shots and besides the monthly FEE is very cheap it's $5 and you can even ride a dragon its very rare you find games liek that so it isn't rubbish at all
