Good idea to get PS4 at launch or wait?

Hiya folks,

 

So i decided that I definetly want the PS4, but i'm not sure if I should get it at launch or wait awhile. My concern is the that since it's a new system it will have a lot of bugs. I remember when 360 and PS3 first came out there where RROD and overheating issues to deal with and having to send them back for repairs. I really don't want to have to deal with those annoyances again.

 

What do you all think?

    If you're really concerned about it, then wait a while. It's not like you're losing out on anything if you don't get it launch day anyway. You'll probably end up getting better deals by waiting anyhow

    If you have the patience, I'd wait. Personally I plan to wait a short period, just to be safe.

    I'm almost definitely going to wait as there is nothing at launch that isn't also on the PC that I MUST have. The games I'm most looking forward to are set for 2014 and I want to see the comparison reviews of PC versus Console for what is released at launch to see if the claims that consoles are better optimized really makes a difference or not. I have almost never seen a console game look or play better than on a high end PC.
