Loyalty rewards…where?

Hi,

Earned tons of loyalty rewards but don't know how to redeem 'em…not in my inbox…how do you claim loyalty rewards???

    I know, I definately need to upgrade my bags on all my characters.  bTW, is the daily reward only claimable on one character (I think it said once per account).  So should I make sure I get that on my main, as it won't be available after that first claim?
