in World of Warcraft

Do different characters run/walk at different speeds?

If so what are the contributing factors, besides spells, potions etc. Like someone dressed in cloth armour can run/walk faster than someone dressed in mail...

Just wondering cos im playing a rogue and it seems everyone can outrun me, must be cos i suck

    Hunters can walk faster because of a buff...shamans and druids have travelling forms...mages can blink...the rest are pretty much the same.

    As a low level rogue u can probably run faster than most with sprint, but yeah theres lot of other speed abilities such as cheetah for hunters, ghost wolf for shamans, etc. They probably out run you because u dont use sprint, or they have a mount. Armor doesnt affect speed.

    And for my next question :)

    Since almost everyone else gets a speed buff, do rogues get any? cos it's be pretty weak for a class so heavily reliant on speed to be slower than most of the other classes.
