Do You Fine Yourself More On MMORPG Forums then you play MMO Games?

Its Close .. guess that cause we are dying for new ideas and not the same old same old models of games that MMO's have been putting out lately.. only think i like is the fact most games now or F2P and you can not waste money each month not being totally satisfied with the mmo's as a whole

Pretty much. If EQN doesn't have a lot of new ideas, I'll skip it and continue waiting for an MMO that is different than the current crop of more of the same.

EQ and DAoC are my favorite mmorpgs from the long list that I've played. Not surprising to myself, I rarely visited forums beyond seeking advice or reporting issues/bugs. Every game since, I've found myself slowly spending more and more time on the forums caught up in the drama until I finally realize the games themselves are less entertaining then their forums and its time to move on. Sadly, I haven't found anything to bring me back to where I started. Hopefully EQN can bring me back. If not, I'll continue to wait for something and continue to play TF2, which is a great time waster.

Always, but then that's more because they won't let me play MMO's while at work and my smart phone doesn't quite have the horsepower.

I'm here, because there's nothing worthwhile to play atm.

When i have a great game to play, i don't visit here at all.

http://neocron-game.com/ - now totally F2P no cash-shops or micro transactions at all.

    This for me as well.

I pretty much jump from single player to single player strategy games, while devouring books.

Definitely would love a new MMO home.

I want an in-game system for tracking my content progression.

I want to be able to take notes, I want to be able to create waypoints on maps (better than current games provide). I want to be able to backtrack and identify things that happened to reference at a later time without having to open up notepad.

Without that, I am a slave to content sites as I am exploring areas trying to find monsters that drop what I need.  In a sea of content, which EQ has become, unless you understand what you're doing, you wont get much done.

With that said, content sites will always be necessary to some extent.  But, I do hope that some form of system is provided to help start a solution to this.
