I am really just bored to death right now and while I know WOW is not perfect and has some flaws I still cannot withstand the urge that I must come back due to teh fact that there is nothing else really out there. So I have a few questions if anyone could be so kind to answer
1. When I left I just got tired of there not being people around to complete teh low level instances.. My server had a large pop but it was top heavy.. So my question is there any servers that have a large pop yet stil have alot of low level characters running around to group with? By low level instances I mean everything up to about the Temple.
2. Is WOW still a nerf fest, by this I mean are they still nerfing some of the classes and leaving others free (um Shamen).
3. If anyone has played on a recently opened server could you let me know if there populated or not. Or are they just full of people looking for a fresh start who burn out and leave to go back to there original server and there mains.

Go to one of those new servers ...wow is pretty balanced : p
1) start on a new server.
2) they are still "adjusting" classes and probably will continue to do so for a long time.
3) dunno. i'm sure enough people stay...
If you're not on a newer server, getting a group for most of the low level instances, especially neutral ones, can be a real pain. For example, it is nearly impossible for the Alliance to get groups in Blackfathom Deep, Razorfen Kraul and Shadowfang Keep on my server (bronzebeard). In the end, you're probably best off having a high level guildy or two zerg you through them.
1) They release new servers every time. so get on one of those or a more recent one and you will have no problem finding lowbies around
2) I personally don't think WoW's devs did a nerf fest, but whatever goes with you. Anyhow, class balancing is always present, they mostly add stuff though. They are doing complete restructure of some classes and will do all in time. now is paladin's turn while priest is next (Warrior, hunter and druid have been restructured already)
3) Well, even if the population indicator is "low" on my server (Defias brotherhood, euro), i always see dozens of people around... so yeah, there are people here.

4 new servers were opened a few days ago, 3 pvp 1 pve. Classes are slowly being improved and balanced, shaman r still getting nerf threads on their boards. Whats really funny is now hunters r too, lol. Ever since the 1.7 patch everyones acting like hunters were always up there with shamans.
Yea there are a couple new servers that opened. I played on a new server and it was full of low lvls. But i forgot wat it was called. Well since its WoW, People get addicted to da game easily and they'll be at a higher lvl sooner or later.

1. Start on one of the newer servers, a majority of it will be people like you, looking for more low levels, other than that I guess grinding/questing in between the more popular instances (Gnomer and ZF, SM to an extent) would be your best option, there are more than a few guides on places to level quicker that you can check out.
2. WoW is currently trying to balance some of the classes (via major changes to their talent trees) and will continue to do so for the entire time the game is on the market, of course the changes won't be as dramatic, but you can never have perfect harmony. I think there are about 3-4 classes left for major review.
3. Of course the new servers are going to be populated (and usually get a queue within a few days), for the rest of the question please refer to 1.

Well if you are a paladin or hunter from launch you should try them now .They are "adjusting"(lol) or have adjusted them.
Now a hunter is a mowing machine for clothies and a paladin is well turning into a one man army.
So balance?Nah.They just made it worse by overbuffing.
lol. No not Pallies! Hehe I like sniping Rogues myself with my Hunter.
