Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn players will be happy to hear that the last beta event will kick off on Wednesday, July 10th rather than Friday, July 12th. This was announced via the FFXIV: ARR Twitter.

    Phase 4 is Open beta with NO WIPE :D

    Unless they/we uncover a major bug, then they might still wipe in P4

    Still can't wait, such a great game.

    Not officially announced yet, but speculation is early august.

    August would make the most sense.  It would give them time to get all of the last minute bug fixes in.

    is there any confirmation or link to that no wipe?? i would expect only legacy from original ffxiv to have there chars

    This is the end of Phase 3 event - a 5 day beta.

    All characters (non legacy) are wiped after Sunday.

    Phase 4 is open beta, which has not been announced, there will be no wipes from open beta, and it'll probably be end of early/mid August.

    I plan to test dungeons and crafting/gathering as I don't wish to progress any more story or combat classes.

    They are hard to come by. I got one last weekend for Sat, so I got 1 day of beta in before they shut it down sunday lol. Keep checking the FF14 mmorpg.com forums. People post up when places are giving away keys and they go fast. So F5 is your friend! lol Its how I got mine.

    Yep, Wipe after this Beta Round.  So Try Stuff you haven't gotten to do yet.

    Sorry lack of info + some posts here have me slightly confused. Are legacy characters being wiped at all??

    Hopefully the Arcanist class and Summoner/Scholar.

    And hopefully the PvP arena.

    I just know I'm going to be pinching every penny from day 1 of no-wipe play to be able to afford a house once the housing system is in.

    The key from UK doesn't work for Square Enix.
