in game store is an f-in joke. how long before they start selling gears? or top tier enchantments or engineering mods or inscriptions or gems? this is completely BS.

Boobs are LIFE, Boobs are LOVE, Boobs are JUSTICE, Boobs are mankind's HOPES and DREAMS. People who complain about boobs have lost their humanity.

I think it's a great thing, If Roleplayers can convince them to add spells you can buy for morphs(Like Naga)  it'd open up further playable roles if they take it.

I agree about the negativity, but WoW probably won't magically get 2 million players next month lol

blizzard is simply capitalizing on them

To be fair not everyone can spend 3-4 hours every day playing computer games, EXP pots are for the very casual who maybe want to catch up to their friends or level an alt much quicker.

I see no problem with having the choice in their.

Plus I think many under estimate how long it takes to level to max in WoW, took me over 5 weeks to get from 85-90 playing Mists, I think if I played like that from 0-90 or was a new player not intersted in rushing I'd be looking at a good 3 months leveling time.  Yes I could put in 6 hours a day doing nothing but quests in the most effient way and be done in 2 weeks but why?

No interest seeing a new kung fu panda movie.
Before MoP i would at least sub when other games bored me, since MoP i havent touched it and will not have any intentions.

Its realy shit tbh, i played wow since their closed beta....
Played it for 7 years or something, but the panda's ruined the whole immersion for me.
Ah well cant please everyone hmm Blizzard.

Well as I see the whole, cash store thing in WoW being this:

"Blizzard has taken a hard stance on selling progression, and has said more than once they intend to only sell vanity items – those items that will not help you progress, level, gain experience or down bosses." - Amanda Orneck posted at Apr 15, 2010 (my.mmosite.com)

Now if they have gone back on their word I would be seriously worried as a player of WoW.  My wife leveled from 1-60 in 4 days and 14 hours of play. a pretty reasonable leveling speed... no heirlooms.

If you were to try that in Vanilla -Burning Crusade it would have been a long ride and very time consuming... Now we have heirloom gear.. most of it giving a 5% to 10% XP buff. with a complete set of heirloom gear and the guilds xp perk  and rest xp a player could have over 265% xp boost at times.

and thats all available in game.

Now to purchase said heirloom items you purchase them from the PVE vendor or XP Vendor for Justice points/Honor points. PVP elitists aside the Justice points can be gained from Heroic dungeons starting at lvl 70. Now if you dont run dungeons then yes you are pretty much out of luck... then my next question would be why play a fantasy based MMO if you arent running with the players?

Gaining Justice points is easy to do just as Honor. and you can even exchange the honor to justice points for a ridiculous cost and it works both ways.

An Xp buff potion sold by Blizzard would be a reversal  on their stance and would show they are the hypocrites we players have always claimed them to be.

Played: UO, LotR, WoW, SWG, DDO, AoC, EVE, Warhammer, TF2, EQ2, SWTOR, TSW, CSS, KF, L4D, AoW, WoT

Playing: The Secret World until Citadel of Sorcery goes into Alpha testing.

Tired of: Linear quest games, dailies, and dumbed down games

    Anticipating:Citadel of Sorcery

RaF is something you pay for, which gives you 300% EXP. But I guess that's fine because it doesn't come with a "store" tag. And you call Blizzard hypocrites? Lol'd.

yes i do as their stance from the beginning has been to not sell items that assist in leveling, stats, xp, or kill bosses.  What part of that was hard to understand?

Blizzard has gone back on what they believed and the stance they had maintained after all these years. now they are prepping to do the exact opposite that they said they wouldnt do. so I stand by my comment.

The RAF does give an xp boost. you are absolutely correct in that, however it also gives summons and other things. it is a package to recruit new players who wouldnt have heirloom gear. your point is moot as the player doesnt purchase that.. the only requirement is the new player sub for 3 months.

So yes they are hypocrites. your example failed.

Legendary Pictures?  LOL  I can just see that hack Snyder directing it.

"Needs more heavy handed slow motion and dramatic pauses.  Also everyone needs to look like they're made from CG.  I've already ruined Watchmen, and who even remembers the name of that one movie I did with all the hot chicks in it that failed miserably at the box office?  Besides me."

If EQN really does reinvent the genre as has been claimed and we all collectively poop our pants, then I don't see even an expansion bring WoW back.

But if EQN pulls a GW2 and over-sells some hype about a highly interactive world, WoW will still have legs and all it takes is one really good expansion to bring people rushing back.

    OOOOOH helllllllll nooo.

You did not just insult Krull!

Other 80's movies? Like Willow? LadyHawke? Dragonslayer? Clash of the Titans? Time Bandits? Labyritnth? Beastmaster, Conan the Barbarian, The Dark Crystal, Neverending Story, The Black Cauldron, The Last Unicorn. Chronicles of Narnia,  Many others that fall under the fantasy genre. Think thats good enough though.

Son, you don't know what the heck your talking about.

Don't get me wrong I love me some Lord of the Rings and the Potter but these movies stand on the shoulders of giants. These movies made my childhood and gave so many people things to dream and inspire them.

These "80's movies" had far better stories and characters then the crapfest that comes out these days filled to the brim with CGI.

NOT TO MENTION!!!! That most of the fantasy movies that are coming out are re-makes or inspired from the "80's movies" from before. Can't believe any child of the 80's would utter such blatant ignorance to amazing movies...UGH!!!

^ This. One million times over.

Exactly! You Sir are a gentleman and a scholar!

Time Bandits ftw! (Not that the others are bad. Just sayin'.)

I'm assuming you haven't yet seen Man of Steel? Also, you didn't like 300?

After the masterpiece that is MoS, all is forgiven as far as I'm concerned...at least what little needs to be.

I find it interesting that Blizzard seems to get a pass to flat out lie.  They obviously went back on what they said years ago.  Yes, I understand it was years ago but they most certainly still said it.

Makes you wonder when they will go back on promises they are making now or in the recent past.  Blizzard sees a buck to be made, they're going to take it.
