So, i am calculating a survey on how many ppl want Playstation 3 compared to how many ppl want Xbox 360.

1)PS3 vs Xbox 360:

2)How old are you:

3)About how many hours do u play console games:

4)Do u enjoy online play as most of your time on a console:

5)Do u like a variety of rated games (E-M) or do u prefer M games?

6)First person shooters or 3rd person action/shooter or other (strategy, fantasy, etc):

7)Do uenjoy graphics over gameplay:

8)Which do u think will have better graphics and is that a possibility of why ur buying that console:

9)Which console looks cooler in terms of appearance:

10)Which will have better online play:

11)Do u like the fact that ps3 will have mmo's:

    Actually I think they already have PS3 specs out and a good deal of games mentioned plus video. Overall its gonna be more powerful than the Xbox 360. As for games...well both are gonna have sweet games so its a tie there.

    As I said, specs really don't mean a thing as to which is more powerful, it's whatever game that uses every ounce of that power is to which system is powerful. Overall, I think both Consoles will be pretty sweet.

    And the reveloution, I need more info on that system.

    LOL, thats like saying horsepower does not state the power of an engine! Deffently the stupidest thing I have seen you post!

    You really think a console that uses 100% of its power on a game, and a competitors  console with 2x the power using lets say only 80% on a game will be worse then the lower end machine?

    Oh god I cant stop laughing....

    PS3 will be a better overall machine, hands down.

    first off Moonfog its PS3 not PS2

    honestly it comes down to what games you prefer not the system. each system will be better then their predecessors thats all that matters.. and the PS3 better be a kick ass machine for the price they are thinking of asking for it.. I like alot of games Xbox360 will be offering and PS3 will have some great ones too im sure.. so most likely i will have both systems.. so i will like them both HANDS DOWN!! ::::01::

    and quite honestly.. just because a car has more horsepower doesnt make it a better car.. so your comparison means squat. quite frankly im offended by this whole topic I was rooting for a comeback for Sega.. ::::16::

    1) Im not buying any damned consoles, but xbox 360 would be the one
    2) 18
    3) 4ish
    4) yes
    5) all
    6) any
    7) nope
    8) doesnt matter, what matters is developing environment, and xbox has a better one, its been proven by every developer to ever be asked about it
    9) neither, they both look like shit
    10) xbox, PS3 is taking the same stupid route as they did with PS2
    11) no, they both will, and it really doesnt matter as Webzen is the only big company doing any good ones right now, and theyre a crap company

    cheers... grow up... and your questions suck since "better" is different whether youre asking from a developer or a player perspective. Also, the only good games for PS3 will be Bemani games.

    1) neither (ninty handhelds ftw ::::02:: )
    2) 23
    3) varies, usually a good 5 hours on a weekend
    4) Online more, but console is better for burning off anger/tension
    5) Variety (just cause its rated mature doesn't mean mature people want to play it)
    6) Variety, generaly I'll play anything once
    7) Gameplay (what use are graphics if you leave the game on a shelf because its boring)
    8) Probably the Xbox will have the grunt, doesn't make it best though(see above)
    9) Don't know, no real info on the PS3(or Revolution......)
    10) Xbox 360 (though if Revolution/PS3 both have free to play networks it will depend on the quality)
    11) Nah MMO really is a PC thing, as said before, consoles are for quick bursts of play, thats where they excel.

    every time there is a new console launch there is always 1000's of these threads and therefore the real BS begins, stop being a fool by swearing allegiance to a console-maker, you are nothing more than a stat on a sales & figures pie-chart, they don't love you, they love your money. So denying yourself the opportunity to play an awesome game on the "other" system because you rabidly follow Sony/microsoft/nintendo is flat out stupid.

    go where the games are, and don't let some competitive BS stop you from playing awesome games regardless of platform.

    enzyme i kno excatly what ur talkin about, i have tons of friends who are die hard fans of PlayStation and are not willing to try out Halo jus cuz they don't like xbox. I don't kno about u guys but i personally "play the game not the console". i have both xbox and play station and i think both consoles are great. i think it's threads like this that put people aganist each other. they hear someone say xbox is better than playstation and everyone goes wild flaming each other jus cuz they think the "other" console is better...to all u morrons who do that plz go play ur lil console a suk a .....
