Hey.
The picture you see here is a video played at 1080p, after like 5min it suddenly stops... This happens on pretty much any quality, although sometimes on lower quality I think that the video finishes the buffer so I don't notice the problem...
I really don't get why this happens...No I'm not on a shared network, this picture was taken when only I used the network.
This happens on pretty much every stream, I can download and browse sites with no problems at all.
I have tried every single browser.(Chrome, IE, mozilla, opera, etc etc)
I have a 60/30mbit connection. I live in EU, as if that would matter...
Fuck the internet srlsy...

You did not mention the web site you are trying to stream from.
If it is YouTube, this is a problem with many complaints listed on the internet already. I would start by searching for those complaints and try solutions people reported to work for them.
If it is some other site, contact their customer support or work with your ISP.
Video streaming issue causes can range from your system and software, to ISP issues, or the server you're viewing the stream from.
It's the same from pretty much any site I stream from. Maybe I should just try to reinstall windows... meh
Looks like ISP throttling if it's happening across multiple sites and/or protocols. but it's really hard to tell without a lot more snooping.
Reinstalling Windows for a network issue is like using dynamite to fix a dent in a car. You don't need to blow up the entire car just to fix one dent.
Troubleshooting this issue should be started by attempting to duplicate the issue under similar, but different circumstances. First, try downloading something large, like a game. Does your traffic graph show large gaps in it? If it doesn't, then you've just narrowed it down to your ISP, your (browser or Flash) software, or something else which only affects streaming video traffic. If you do experience gaps in your traffic graph for a download, try downloading something completely different from another source just to be sure it isn't that site. If the issue persists, use another computer on your network to narrow down the issue between your computer or your internet connection. If you don't have another computer, try a smart phone if you have WiFi. If you don't have that, try taking your computer to a friend's house and see if the issue is still there.
After you have narrowed down the issue to either your internet connection or your computer, post again and we can see about troubleshooting it more.
I tend to agree. The OP didn't mention the ISP providing the connection. That could be a clue.
