The Lenovo Y580 is the best of the three for the price and was considered the best bargain gaming laptop prior to the new Y510 line that replaced it.

The issue with the Y500 spec you have listed is it mismatches RAM (it should be either 8Gb or 16Gb, 12Gb means it's probably loaded with 3x4Gb sticks of ram) and you don't want an odd number.  While it has a larger overall storage capacity with 1Tb the fact it's missing a SSD as the boot drive will mean it will indeed run slower than the Y580.  The two GPU's are for the most part the same chip with a few minor differences but one potentially major difference is if the GTX 750M is in fact only 1.5Gb of DDR3 memory versus the GTX 660M's 2Gb of GDDR5 memory you will be able to tell the difference in games that allow for HD textures such as Skyrim for example.

The following site be worth looking at if you are still undecided, they specialize on keeping current in the world of gaming laptops:

Why are you looking for a gaming laptop in the first place?  They have their niche, but they're a completely stupid product for most gamers.
