Hi
Im looking for a mmorpg where you can build your own house/town/castle ......whatever
Ive played alot of mmorpgs but Ive always missed a place that is a home for the character.
It also has to be a free or very cheap game.
Any suggestions?

SWG is the only game I really know of that has this. You can have you own house nearly anywhere on the buildable planets ranging in sizes from a house that can only hold 100 items to a bunker that can hold 400 items and spans 2 stories below the ground. You can also have ships with interiors that act like houses, except you can fly them
. You are free to decorate your house/ship in whatever way you like using whatever you can find in the game. Some of the things people can do is quite amazing (check out this video of a Star Destroyer someone made from objects http://www.rogueunderworld.com/ISDBloodguard.wmv)
You can also create your own player city, advancing it from a small outpost to a metropolis. If being a mayor sounds too much, you can also join an existing city
Ultima Online has the best housing system out there.
first game with costumizable housing and i dunno but it might still be the only one with costum housing
You can also have your own house in Tibia. Also Guildhalls. It's quite cool actually! Tibia has a very good housing system. The expensiver a house is, the harder is it to get it. But it really depends on what server you play on. But you need Premium if you want to buy houses on Tibia. But it is kinda worth it. Tibia is actually a good game even if the graphics are not the best, as people are blaming it for. But it is a fun game! Go play it ^^
