It's really hard to think of a good game for a PC with low specs.  No offence.

You don't want the cartoon thing, which restricts you even more since a LOT of the free MMOs that I know of have the whole cartoon look to them.

You can try Vendeta Online.  I'm currently playing that.  It's not great, but not bad, either.  It's pay to play also.

That isn't a very bad system. Sure, the Celeron holds it back, but at 2.7 ghz it can perform well. I really recommend you add another 256 - 512 MB of ram to get you up to 512 or 768 MB. This will greatly improve your gaming performance and is a rather cheap upgrade.

Most mmorpgs could play on that, I'd assume.

Ram purchasing can be a bit picky, since their are so many varieties of ram and your motherboard also will only accept certain kinds. Worse is even if the specs are the same, ram from different companies might not work together "lock ups" or wont even be recognized by your computer (wont post).

Here are some possible solutions. If you purchased your computer in its entirety by a company, like Dell, Compaq, Hewlett Packard, Gateway, etc, your in luck. You should be able to either call customer support or go to their website and type in your model number and purchase the ram directly from them.

Otherwise if you dont have that option, try to look up some source that may have you ram listed, maybe in the invoice or something. Another option might be to find out what motherboard you have, going to that motherboard makers site and they might have options that will show all compatible memory for your particular board.

Memory is best used with identical sticks from the same manufacturer. If your system becomes far more unstable if you add another 256mb stick and all else remains the same. Likely the older and newer ram arent getting along and you might need to buy another 256mb stick and ditch the old 256mb stick, or just go the safe way and just buy a 512mb stick from the start. For an older celeron x2 256mb, or 1 512mb should only be about 50 dollars or so.

Your video card and RAM are the 2 biggest factors in good smooth gaming. It sounds like you have enough CPU, even if it is Celeron. My son is playing WoW on a 933 meg cpu with a mediocre video card and 512m RAM. Other than a bit of lag in big cities it plays great.

I upgraded my RAM this summer from 512k to 1gig and the difference was amazing. Recently I upgraded my video card. While the difference was very noticeable in the LOOKS of the games, the overall performance change was minimal compared to upping RAM.

The trick as said above is making sure you get the right RAM for your system. If your computer can handle it and you can get the right RAM and you can spend the extra cash, I'd reccomend going ahead and going to 1gig.

Go for a weeker game Like Guild Wars you buy Guild Wars from the shop and it has no Monthly Fees... You need to go for a weeker game than Silk Road Online Silk Road Online on your Spec will lag like a bursting Valcano! Go for Guild Wars or Flyff or R.O.S.E Online or summit simple...
