Any pvp servers for europeans?

in Everquest II
I am located in Europe and would like to play on a pvp server but the only EU English server is Splitpaw which has no ruleset specified therefore i take it as a regular server. Am i missing something or the only way for me to play on a pvp server is to choose Nagafen( US server) and get used to that 300 ping?
