Beta 4 start date

If the 8th is the key and download date, any one know about the time frame for the beta 4 start date?

I'm asking since I know it was released once before and they may follow the same time line as the last release.

    It actually hasn't been officially announced yet.  Some hoped for the 9th since the next producer letter is the 8th.  Many are guessing the 17th from leaks though.

    I say the 12th that gives them 1 week of Beta 4 testing and 1 week of Early release/implementing changes and fixing any new bugs. Opening on the 27th

    We know PVP wont be in until 2.1 who is to say housing will be the same

    I would guess 17th since there's no real reason to have a long open beta (when it's more of a preview/demo/hype thing than an actual testing phase) and they probably don't want early access to go on TOO long (since it's a handy tool for staggering load/pops in starter zones to alleviate launch day but you don't need people getting THAT far ahead).

     

    Of course I'd be delighted if open beta started the very moment I get off work today.

     

    You may never or rarely recreate or relive those "wow" moments from your first MMORPG but one thing that's always constant for me is that I'm always pumped when a new MMORPG that I'm interested in is about to hit.

    Premium MMORPGs do not feature built-in cheating via cash for gold pay 2 win. PLAY to win or don't play.

    The 8th and the 16th are both days for codes to be distributed so I'm also gonna go with the 17th or so.......... Not that it really matters unless there gonna let us use the items during OB but you never know........

    If im not mistaken someone said we were told OB would be one week and early access would be one week. That would line up well with the 9th. 9th to 16th OB. then a few days to fix bugs and have the servers ready for the 20th for head start. I do not have concrete links to this but in my few months of reading threads on various sites and watching videos I know the one week for each has been mentioned more than once.

    That seems to be the game's release date. The 27th. Beta 4 and early access would start before that.

    Early Access is the 26th

    Game launches 27th

    I received my beta invite and am just waiting..can't imagine they would wait two days before launch to give players access..2 days isn't enough for me to decide whether or not I'll buy.

    Well, if the preorder info is accurate, the open beta will end before release and the early access period will fill in between that and release day.  OB start.  Ob end.  Early access.  Release.

     

    So this would actually be a 1 day open beta.  :P
