    Don't think they mentioned that.  Really too early to know if fishing is in or not.  The only thing that might apply is that there will not be any fishing nodes like in EQ2 if you're coming from there.

     

    Speculation:  With layers it might be possible to assign fish to different depths and have players use different styles of fishing to catch fish.  Would be interesting if they programmed in a Salmon like fish that goes up stream to spawn and then the offspring migrate down to the ocean.
