am I the only one excited for the FFXIV app on IOS and Android?

from the live letter, you can clearly see there were alot of menus and such , for what I understood we get to have an item database and quests linked to each item and corresponding quests etc. on top of what we already know that you can inspect every item your character has and AH etc. combine this with lodestone personal profile similar to Facebook.

 

I think this is great and will make me suffer at my work :P , CAN NOT wait :D

    Ill probably get fired because ill be on my phone and not on my work computer lol.

    Sort of off topic here but does anyone know if there will be an authenticator app for smartphones? I noticed a physical authenticator comes with the collector's edition.. I figured they will make an authenticator app as well?

    There is already an authenticator app for the SE account system ;).

    1 week after launch = Iphone app

    3 weeks after launch = Andriod app

     

    so while waiting for my android app, I will be accessing the web based service and lodestone.
