  I don't think there is an official forum for ARR yet, other then the beta forum.

  I would honestly avoid the beta forums right now, probably check out FFXIV.allakhazam.com or the FFXIV lodestone or something, but the beta forums have turned into a pretty bad place in the last month or so.
