Looking for a great Company!

Like the title says I am currently looking for a Company to join when Open Beta comes. The Company must be socially active and have a good community. I am 28 and have been playing mmo's for at least since 2002. I have been a Final Fantasy fan since 1997 when I took a chance on Final Fantasy VII. I'm 28(male) and HATE DRAMA. I ran guilds in the past and am just tired of it so I want to join a Company instead of creating one. I will be playing on PS3. I have a love/hate relationship with PvP. I don't like to be forced to do PvP, I like to PvP on my own time. I'll be on at night (8 pm eastern US time) untill the wee hours of the morning. Also you have to be a US Company as i'm in Orlando, Florida. Please hit me up if you think your Company is right for me.
