i've always casually enjoyed LoL as a silly "i dont feel like playing a serious mmo" game, but i've always thought the click to move was horrible. also the camera angle is just brutal.

Just 2 days ago i saw someone on the live stream play SMITE and just had to try it myself. Friken awesome idea for a game. This is going to be the death of "from above" games like LoL. Holly crap this game is fun.

i guess not all F2P stuff is crap after all....

: the one thing they do have to change is penalty for leaving games. make it more serious penalty. Man it's annoying when people leave games.

Smite is a pretty fun game.  They have a few awesome game modes (that uses a level/item system like MOBA) and the classic lane game.  I would certainly recommend giving it a try, or at least checking out some of their vids on youtube.

About leavers, I noticed that after lvl 20+ people don't leave too much, and when you get to 30, people rarely leave unless they get dc.

Made a new acc and there's a lot of quitters when comparing to my another account.

It's definitely a fun game with a great f2p model.  I haven't spent a cent and have close to half of the gods unlocked just from favor earned.  I like to play mainly the arena and assault modes.  I never really got into MOBAs so I hardly play the conquest lane mode.  That mode really brings out the elitest pricks who scrutinize everyone's build when your team is losing and take full credit if your team wins.  But yeh, overall great fun with nice variation with each of the gods to play with.
