hello its everybodys favorit guy maxdo........ ok any ways any word on time cards (comp crash veary bord)

Of course there hasn't been any word on whether time cards will be made available. It's far too early for that.
But if I had to guess, in order to stay competitive, then I would say that Turbine would make Time cards available some time after the Game goes Live. The usual period of time is 2-3 months after initial launch.
